The Hoard of the Spring’s

The hoard of the spring calls deep once again,

Like a long-lost friend, we’re gathering pace,

Together at last reacquainted place,

Of yesterday’s spell live large and sustain,

Us all for rousing marathon ahead,

With nourishment of sunlit riches sown,

Rediscovery of what’s better-known,

From such seasonal stems our harvest bread,

Balance our steps with warm perspective share,

As we come across rising path unseen,

Another’s vision descends from the scene,

Unto soulscapes Her voice answers the prayer,

Texture the anniversary - love is,

Just around the corner written in light,

Neath crowns, twixt boughs, yes you’re now is sight,

Eyes receive with a rush the coming wish,

Questioning nothing with perfect response,

April embrace with spring kiss and desire,

A prime capsule of hope buried higher,

In the ether, trust in faith’s renaissance.
