Spring in the Step
What seems like emptiness is completeness,
If Spring be delayed, it's for a reason,
To complete a Season with due sweetness,
Refined from grains garnishing our region,
April is a time to look-up in hope,
Her Sunlight will seduce where we elope.
From a night frost slight with no undue grace,
We set apart our daily thought with a hand -
To the map with a smile upon our face,
Reaching palms, prayers to bless a foreign land,
Without delay we shall hereby display,
April affections of will hand-over today...
Blessings see Nature as variety,
In Reverence She's unity so abstract,
A picture freed from social anxiety,
Illustrates journals of the heart well-packed,
In readiness for homecomings ahead,
Or surprise journey opening instead.
Everything you ever saw reflects back -
From vista's in passing impressions forth,
Accountable to taste our future keeping track,
As hypnotic desire weaves East of North,
Sorrow is lost with emotional rebirth,
What a Spring in the step upon this Earth!
